You don't have to drive, so save time and money  For people who don't have a naturopathic physician within driving distance Options, or a second opinion, on the approach of homeopathic and naturopathic medicine How Phone Consults Work: A new patient phone consultation is 1.5 hours.  Download the appropriate new patient form to fill out and fax to us.  Once we receive your completed forms, we will call you to schedule the phone consultation.  At the time of the scheduled phone consult, we will call you so you don't have any long-distance phone fees.  During the consult, we will conduct an extensive medical interview.  We will review previous medical records/tests if you fax them to us, and order new lab testing if necessary.  We will mail you a treatment plan, medically-formulated high quality nutritional and herbal treatments and, if necessary, any lab testing kit.  Upon request, we will provide diagnostic codes for you to file with your insurance, flexible spending account, or employee reimbursment plan.  Follow up consults are generally 1 month later for 1/2 to 1 hour.  Cancellation Policy: Authorization of your debit/credit card number is required to schedule a phone consultation.   Cancellation requires at least 24 hour notice, otherwise your credit card will be charged the full fee of the appointment that is missed. To avoid this, please plan accordingly and call ahead of time.
